      Work from home, remote Flexible hours Unlimited time off Cool tech I like my team (subjective, I know)

      Cons

      The workload + speed at which it is accomplished creates tech debt which keeps mounting. Code base needs major refactor. Documentation is lacking which makes onboarding difficult.
