Nothing but only good pay. Advise not join even the pay is good.
Cons
Actual work different from the job scope at employment contract. Work after work but no work life balance. Even manager not qualify for the job. Manager make repeated mistake at the customer site. Maker being banned by the customer breaching the safety regulation. A lot of bugs and design weakness at the system and always being complaint by the customer. The customer complained the management and management gave pressure to employees. Never consider for employees and push employees for long working hours and weekends. Very high turnover rate. Very rude management style.
