Unexplained policies are set by centralized support team and onsite and regional management aren't made aware or a part of the process
Accounting team is a mess, onsite management has to do their job, send reports when they are due and not accurate because they want it early. Send reports and accounting doesnt even use them and they send messages all day asking questions if they simply look at what's being sent to them.
