The culture at SUN Behavioral is often described as being unlike any other that employees have experience in free standing psychiatric hospitals. Regardless of your position in the hospital, you are held to a standard of helping one another and helping patients no matter what it takes. Teamwork is encouraged and demonstrated by the leadership team. I feel encouraged and appreciated at work.

New patient programs can create short term challenges in any new company but the long term opportunities for patients and staff outweigh them.
