Pros
Very Nice Coworkers, Not too micromanaged, full hour lunches, fun company outings, usually nice bonus checks, honestly a pretty laid back easy going job. Giving 4 stars because honestly the coworkers are all really nice, and its not a very demanding job.
Cons
Low salary compared to the market value, products are a snoozefest and really impossible to ever get excited about, not sure how anyone spends their career at this company just living and breathing connectors and cables. Imagine looking back at your life one day and realizing you spent your entire life, potentially 30 plus years of a career, the one life you have on earth, making cables and connectors. Also there is no clear route to promotions, moving up or anything. It kind of just happens to you at some point.
