- a complete lack of effective internal communication to resolve any issues, even after you leave the company, they just start ignoring you
- the employee doesn't feel valued or supported within the company at all
- no one warns employees if any changes are made that are not in their favor
- no employee benefits are offered, even though employees have often asked for things like a multisport membership, language courses, or at least partial payment for something
