      Wide range of benefits, decent starting wage based upon your experience, potential for growth within the company, yearly raises based upon work performance, team environment

      Cons

      Moving up within the company is not really based on your performance and how well you do your job, it's more about sucking up to the higher ups in the company. Some people get away with not doing anything just because the VP likes them.
