I personally didn't saw any pros working here and as a matter of fact I'm going to resign from this company very soon.

The ongoing issue of salary non-payment by the employer has placed me in a precarious financial situation, adding significant stress to an already challenging work environment. The toxic culture within the company fosters an atmosphere of fear and mistrust, making it difficult to navigate daily tasks. Saturdays, advertised as opportunities for relaxation and team bonding, instead involve extended work hours and minimal breaks. This blatant disregard for work-life balance is disheartening, and the arbitrary decision-making further compounds the frustration. It's discouraging to see how raising concerns about these issues is met with hostility, perpetuating a culture where honest feedback is suppressed rather than welcomed.
