Varied nature of work, excellent team, fast paced industry which has allowed me to become an industry expert

Not so much a con, but the company is growing fast and has big ambitions so adapting is a must. It is a fast paced industry so pressure can be on - most embrace this and has allowed us as employees to thrive. It is not a company you can coast along in, but you are given responsibility to make things happen

I got to work with some fantastic people, doing their best in an authoritarian run business.

Very low moral. High turnover of staff. Minimal benefits. Double Standards throughout the business. Blurred owner roles within the business. Dishonesty. Underutilised state of the art production facilities.
