Toxic culture. Head office in S.Africa don't really know what is happening in Australian operation which is alarming. Staff unsure of the policy, procedure and direction of the company. Very unprofessional.

As of today there are no ''former consultants" in Melbourne who worked there for 3 years and left recently. There were, however, a couple of people in other departments who didn't make it through probation. This is a fake review. SYSPRO APAC HR Manager

There are none (not joking).
Cons
This company has gone so far downhill over the last 18 months. It's extremely sad to see. If you are currently interviewing or thinking about applying - DONT DO IT. You will 1000% regret it. There is no onboarding or training for new employees. They simply throw you to the wolves and tell you to figure it out.
Company Culture is nonexistent. No one likes working there anymore. If the job market wasn't so brutal, every sales rep would be gone in a heartbeat.
Syspro is in the process of converting all of their accounts to a 'Subscription Model'. What this really means is doubling what a customer's current ARR is and giving them all of the Syspro modules. This benefits some customers but a very small % of them.
Also, they are only giving customers until the end of the year to convert, or their system will shut off. No one can find a new ERP system and implement it in 7 months. Syspro knows this and is using it to their advantage.
It's very sad to see, given how great of a culture this place used to have. Private Equity stripped the company to the bones and ruined everything that was good about Syspro.
