Pros
Offices in most locations, some colleagues were very competent and capable, some directors were approachable and seemed to care about improving operations.
Cons
Progression is limited by company politics, excessive workloads with a lot of overtime but no overtime pay, management and leadership have an internal power struggle which filters through the company and HR are incredibly out of touch and unwilling to carry out their duties - leading to pay rise/promotion delays by months and poor management of administrative issues.
