For such a small office, there were terrible office politics. People were promoted based on subjective opinions rather than quality of work/merit. Senior leadership genuinely doesn't care about the people in the office and constantly puts down the employees. They're always saying one thing while doing the other.
Managers and senior leadership seriously lack vision and are infamous for micro-management.
