Pros
- The instances where I could get to know the employees on a personal level was great. - Open environment for the lower-level employees - Big office for amount of people working - Ping-pong table available for use
Cons
- Favoritism is rampant, especially for those given a title greater than yours - Upper management experience was for failed or no-name companies, which resulted in poor decisions that ultimately turned into setbacks - Certain people were allowed special privileges, such as working from home - Key deciding factors aren't based on performance, but experience was from 10 years ago - Some coworkers do not practice good office manners, and creepily try to hit on fellow employees - Managers deflect blame for their actions, which resulted in them riding employees to exhaustion - All the higher-ups are not well-versed in new age technologies - Employees need to be mindless, following upper management's rule, or management takes that as intolerance
