Remote working was the only reason I loved this organisation. My perfect work life balance - WFH

Micromanagement started in operation of Saama’s management Employees forced to return back in offices not giving ample time to facilitate the transition Raise was too less to accommodate hybrid work as it required additional expenses to cope up the office location Saama’s Pune office location is at worst place- Hinjewadi ( Hub of Traffic)
