      - Great opportunity to teach - Overall good training methodologies - Typically great students

      Cons

      - Owners are malicious and deceitful - Unwillingness to receive viable feedback - The owners have repeatedly promised equity to new employees and will then terminate anyone that approaches their vestment date by manufacturing ridiculous grounds for termination with any form of review process
