Pros

Morning meeting warm-ups provide great support, and the people you work with are very hard-working individuals. A great opportunity for those who have a "no cares" attitude when it comes to direct marketing. You will move up fast if you remove emotion from the job and simply focus on the numbers.

Cons

The whole application and interview processes are sketchy. When you apply they don't put the name of their company intentionally because of their bad reviews/reputation. They also make the job seem super easy and carefree while interviewing so that you'll say yes. In reality, it takes a lot of hard work and mental stress that only few can handle. If you are not comfortable with interrupting everyone in your path (I literally mean EVERYONE) then do not take the job. They will train you and expect you to deliberately disobey instructions to not solicit or enter private property (i.e. a sign that says "CAUTION-DO NOT ENTER" must be bypassed and ignored for the sake of the sale). Lastly, if you like free time and benefits...sorry.

Pros

I've worked for many companies where I've been capped and limited and this is a company where I haven't encountered that at all. Not only is the salary great but opportunity to surpass it is also incomparable.

Cons

No work life balance

Pros

I worked as an intern last summer and learned so much about business, communication skills, leadership, etc. After graduating from college this year I came back on board full time and I am really happy I had the opportunity to do so. Last summer while I was there I was able to move up from an entry level position into an account executive role and when I returned after college I was able to pick up where I left off. My favorite part about the company is culture. It is a very friendly, upbeat, and motivating environment. The management staff truly cares about the growth and success of the employees which is a breathe of fresh air in comparison to a lot of other companies I have worked with. The training is very thorough and if you do your job well you will be rewarded by advancing through the company.

Cons

The hours are a little bit longer then your typical 40 hour work week but with the money that you earn and the fast pace advancement that you car achieve I understood that I had to put in a little extra work and never really viewed it as a negative.
