I really like that it's base plus commission for sales and that the training is ongoing. We have meetings in the office a couple of times a week to stay up on promotions and share ideas with the team. I love that it's a collaborative work environment, very high energy and friendly. I also appreciate that the manager is easy to get along with, any time I have reached out with a question I hear back right away.

Training can be fast paced but if you have questions there is always someone to help out.

Everyone at the office is encouraging and genuinely wants to see the team succeed. Marco enojys spending extra time with the team as well to make sure everyone is set up for success. It is a competitive but family-oriented culture in the office which makes each day different and fun, with never a dull moment.

It is a fast paced environment and will require you to work hard to achieve the goals you want to achieve. There can be long periods of time on your feet as well , moving around. You also need to have good time/ management skills to be the most efficient with daily tasks!
