Pros
If you get the right manager, it can be a good place to be. Some of the regular staff are very nice people.
Cons
Lots of disorganization at the top levels, communication is not very clear. The chaos filters down to staff. Way too many meetings without clear actions to be taken. Too much turn over. It's really too bad because it could be a good place to be.
