So flexible you can more or less do what you want. No one monitors your work. Managers leave you to get on with things.
Cons
No structure, training is no existent, case management system is complicated and not fit for purpose, You are left feeling isolated, not much opportunity to team build or form working relationships. Not supportive about work issues.
