The events are decent enough to work and those do pay well.
Cons
Absolutely horrible experience. Nothing has changed. Management is extremely micromanaging, to the point where it becomes unbearable. Coworkers are somewhat tolerable, but instead of offering guidance when mistakes are made, they talk among themselves.
Management is never satisfied unless you give more than what you’re paid for. Employees are treated as disposable rather than valued. There are no benefits, no vacation time unless you’re full-time, and overall very little incentive to stay. The list of issues goes on.
I would strongly recommend not working here.
