Pros
Nothing specific. Very few people are supportive, but they don't stay longer.
Cons
They feels that they are the only company who provide software solutions. Everybody plays double game. Full egoistic people. Outdated softwares and people. Not a reliable company to work especially for freshers. They will never get opportunity in other companies. Management say good things infront of you and backstab you. Low salary, no systematic planning, very bad infrastructure. No professionalism. People who are here for more than 5 years, they don't want to move out of their hometown due to some reason. Very bad top management team. Sometimes I feel they want robots who can work for 24x7 and spend full money what they earn on company activities.
