My experience overall was good. The cooperation within the team was great,the salary was good,the office location very nice.

The Top Management just ruins everything. For them it doesn't matter how good is your work but how nice you say "Good morning!"

Low job security, unstructured, low planning and organizational techniques, lack of transparency
