Pros
Hours of work are great, once 4:30 hits you can clock out and leave without worrying about taking work home with you.
Cons
- call center-esque with a script of what to say to customers - very individualistic with not much communication between coworkers - no commuter benefits - 10 days off a year but if another coworker wants that same day off it goes to whoever asked first (competitive) - very little direction from management - male dominated company - very low pay compared to other companies and location of work
