Safety Marking is not just a job. It's a place you can make a career and call your home. It offers you endless opportunities. There is a lot of structure in place that it allows you to easily climb the "ladder" while still being very open to new ideas and making things better/more efficient. There are people who have been here for 10, 20, 30+ Years and I think that speaks for itself!

Get hired quick. make good money for just laboring or driving. get laid off in the winter and collect unemployment. cheap and pretty good health insurance.

bad culture. miserable co-workers. no days off. inconsistent scheduling. no transparency. better off joining a union or having your own business. if you work here long term, you will be left with nothing.
