Sorry to hear you had such a horrible experience! Would it be possible that you're referring to Safetynet Solutions located in Crewe though, not SafetyNet Technologies (which is us -- we should REALLY figure out how to get the Technologies part added to our Glassdoor profile!)? We're a social enterprise start-up that develops technology to help the fishing industry become more sustainable and don't have anyone working for us like the horrible person you described (although sometimes our workshop can get pretty dusty because of our tooling, but we have it cleaned at least weekly ;)) I hope you have had better work experiences since then, and hey, if you're ever interested in another SafetyNet company and want to help the oceans, just drop us a line (although I understand if you're put off by the name alone)!
