Pros
Great way to get a lot of experience in a short period of time. Very tenured workforce, people tend to be lifers. Good people to work with and good collaboration amongst certain department.
Cons
Little Work Life Balance. Pay is not competitive and few opportunities for promotion. Not a lot of recognition for a lot of effort and can be draining at times.
