Excellent environment to work. This is the place to learn and grow both technically and professionally. Have to have strong spine to deal with clients and customers. Have to be flexible in a technical environment where things change all the time.
Cons
Global company so have to coordinate with client and company time zones. Can be stressful for those who are not used to it. Have to adjust schedules to accommodate clients request.
