      Pros

      Flexibility with schedule and vacations.

      Cons

      Can’t make any decisions even in management position without consulting owner/one of his sons. Small family run business with bare minimum perks, expensive group health coverage, and extreme nepotism.

      Pros

      As an engineer at Safoco I have been exposed to many different aspects of the wellhead business. The company is very nimble and not afraid to take on new projects, and I have had a lot of freedom. Compensation was very fair.

      Cons

      The company is rather small and benefits are only OK. Not a very high ladder to climb if you are looking to really advance in your career. Also, organization is very sloppy.
