Pros

Great people and solid teamwork among employees.

Cons

They were trying to do too much while minimizing the cost. Using consulting firms to build critical infrastructure resulted in low quality work with no accountability.

Pros

Safrapay is not like other Fintech organizations, Safrapay values all employees. The work environment is very positive an everyone works together as a team. The employee benefits package is excellent. I have worked for a previous company within the same industry and I am happy I have made the change to Safrapay. Excellent managers who give you the opportunity to lead and add value to the company. Safrapay has one of the best HR team. It might seem that my review is all positive but since I have been apart of the Safrapay team my entire journey has been great and empowering and makes me want to get up every morning. I am going to start my maternity leave within the next few weeks and the support I have been given to transition has been nothing but excellent. Great maternity benefits. While many companies are laying off and firing employees, Safrapay is hiring new candidates every month. The Safrapay team is very diverse and we every understand communication is very important.

Cons

I haven't had any bad experiences.

Pros

I have been working for Safrapay for little less than an year and I have not regretted joining this company even once until now. Below are key differentiating points - 1. Backed by one of the biggest financial groups thus you will have perks/opportunities of a startup while enjoying the stability of big group. 2. Great workplace and culture, Good rewards based on performance. 3. A complete solution for commercial/SMB needs, which means exposure to multi ple lines of business. 4. Customer centric approach and freedom to innovate. 5. Passionate leaders who support the team but keep pushing for the excellence at the same time. 6. Amazing party culture (Covid has kind of stopped the socializing physically but team is very connected virtually).

Cons

1. Managing Work life balance is little difficult but that's life of a startup. If you are eager to learn, opportunities are endless.
