Pros
Sage is undoubtedly one of the best agencies in D.C. - maybe the country - for government tech PR. They treat their clients well and produce excellent work for each of them.
Cons
Sage does not care about their employees AT ALL. Initially it may seem like it's a great and impressive company to work for but eventually you'll realize that the company has an "every man/woman for him/herself" environment so you cannot trust anyone. Their entry-level salaries are barely enough to live on, and they treat the younger employees like workhorses who are entirely expendable. They're quick to fire people, and once they form an opinion of someone there's nothing that person can do to change it. The PR industry has a high turnover rate to begin with, but it's no surprise that Sage's turnover is much, much higher. Additionally, they make no effort to hide the fact that they choose their favorite employees and reward those employees often even when they treat others TERRIBLY (lying, humiliating, etc.).
