Great CEO, corporate communications, employee benefits/perks, catered lunch Fridays, new office building, great friendly workers, low turnover, allows work from home, and overall corporate culture
Cons
Business casual M-Th when non-client facing, low salary/compensation, too much corporate power to Editorial department, Thousand Oaks, and friends promoting friends (especially Marketing). Not many cons.
