Pros
Cool office, most of the people their were nice. Varied client base made the work different and fun. Great sense of design. Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas where fun. Has the potential to become a really, really great place to work and build a career.
Cons
Poor pay, owners didn't seem to get along, one seemed bipolar the other very disinterested. No chance for moving up and doring more. Definitely a stepping stone kind of place. Budget was always a mystery. Time sheets are horrible to deal with everyday.
