      Pros

      People and culture have been great. Its a remote position but I have made some great friends and my manager is always available.

      Cons

      Because the claims department is still new, there are a lot of kinks and bugs that need to be worked out. It has been improving some processes just cause claims to be stalled longer than usual.

      System access, weekly lunch provided by office, opportunity to grow if you are a yes-man.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, unnecessary daily team meetings where half the time is gossip, finger pointing, only a few people are doing actual work on the team
