      Most of the people are good. The work is interesting.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is disconnected. Many Senior leaders are from overseas and do not seem to value the US based employees. Declining corporate culture with limited opportunities for promotion.

      Pay is ok, but not worth the stress and confusion

      Cons

      Zero management, no communication from ownership, don’t care about employees, they refuse to fire people who are lazy and have bad atitude and don’t work hard
