Working from home is the best part

Cons

Low pay, Cameras on at all time, the use of AI, micromanagement, nobody knows the job, high call volume, the pay, no assistance with the role, short training, daily system issues and IT will blame your ISP, incentives aren’t paid out, p3 points are for kids not adults with real life bills, the PAY.

Pros

Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

Cons

1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
