Pros

Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

Cons

1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.

Pros

I enjoy working for the company and appreciate the growth opportunities it offers. As long as you do your job well and stay consistent, there are good opportunities to advance fairly quickly. For my experience my trainer was great when I started.

Cons

It seems obvious that the camera is being used for monitoring and micromanaging. The system is already monitored during production, so I do not believe the camera is necessary. I also do not fully agree with the explanation that it is only for the client or because of sensitive information. In my opinion, it feels more like Sagility is using it to closely watch agents and make sure they are doing their jobs, even though QA already provides visibility into their work through screen monitoring.
