      Cons

      The pay is $13 when you’re doing $25+ worth of work. Training is crammed into 8 weeks (a TON of information to retain, for 6 weeks and then 2 weeks of OJT). Everything counts against you as far as attendance goes (ie. If you fall into a coma, that counts against you). I can go on and on with the cons, but I quit 6 or 7 weeks into training. Oh and, you accumulate ZERO PTO for an entire year, btw.

      Pros

      Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

      Cons

      1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
