Pros
Work Life Balance is GREAT here. The leadership and management is also great. When you have a concern you are able to communicate it to management and they will listen. Personally, I think pay out structure for commission is much aove average and they value your voice as an individual within this company. Health benefits are good too.
Cons
This is a staffing company, if you are not willing to achieve KPI's then it is likely that you will not experience the reward however, even though this is staffing, it operates much differently than that of a Big Staffing firm. Its culture within positively reflects that.
