Pros

Started working here about 3 months ago. Hiring process was a good experience, nice people, showing real interest and asking the right questions. SailPoint is growing fast but have put in place a real good system for new-hires. You get a training plan right from the start, they are using a very good online training system which get's you up to date as fast as possible and everybody I've talked to is very willing to help and answer any questions you have.

Cons

Haven't found any issues yet. Only drawback is that I do need to put more hours in than I did at my former job, good thing is that I don't really mind.

1. Matrixed Coordination Friction: This role sites at the intersection of sales, product and post sales delivery, aligning cross-functional stakeholders can sometimes feel slow, 2. Scale vs, Process Maturity: The company is growing rapidly, at times it can be a struggle to keep pace with the sheer speed of product updates.

Cons

-The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
