Pros: "I've been with sailpoint for 3 years now, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience. I've been able to expand my skills significantly, and I feel valued as a member of the team. The team culture is another major plus. Everyone is supportive and collaborative, and there's a real sense of camaraderie. Management is approachable and transparent, and they genuinely care about employee well-being. Work-life balance is also respected, which is a huge benefit. The benefits package is competitive, and I appreciate the company's focus on providing a positive and inclusive work environment. The office space is modern and comfortable, which makes coming to work enjoyable. I also appreciate the company’s commitment to innovation and how they are constantly trying to improve their products and processes. This creates an exciting and dynamic work environment

Cons

HR Team need to think about the sick/hospitalisation leaves to help employee during tough time.

Cons

-The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
