Cons
1. Lures the employees by stating IIT Bhubavaneshwar. But in reality, it is nowhere connected. 2. Salaries are never paid on time. There are no hikes provided. 3. The company has no R&D facilities. The employees recruited under technical domain end up giving workshops in schools/colleges and generating revenue for the company. 4. None of the employees resigned will ever be given relieving letter. (You can check with any of the previous employees). The employees forcibly quit when the working conditions get unbearable. This is the general norm here. Kindly request all the qualified, job-seeking people to make a through research regarding this company before joining. There are so many of them who took hasty decision to join here and ended up wasting their precious time & money. NOTE: All those positive reviews are by management only. No one would ever give a honest positive review regarding the work-culture here.
