Complete Disregard - GSA Salamander Collection Employee Review

Everything Else... Literally worst management structure I've seen after nearly a decade in hospitality. They do no care at all about work/life balance or their employees in general. They pretend to care with nice gestures such a free pizza, but then mess up your schedule consistently and then make you walk in the blazing heat or pouring rain from all the way down the street meanwhile, dozens of spots sit empty in the parking garage. Upper management is so disconnected from the reality of daily experience of hourly employees, that it is ridiculous. Overall, a miserable experience.
