Wonderful buildings and structures, the buildings are relatively new - The people that I worked with were giving 100% to make the best of this property.
Cons
Did not have the systems or financial support in place to be successful. the club does not have the base of members needed, the support of the owners of the condos or the long term capital needs covered.
