Easy jobs, no experience required, management and engineer doesn’t care about honest work, no oversight of work performed, engineer and project managers just make up reports and data
Cons
Poor management with no experience. No prevailing wage, no overtime, no training, no bonuses or raises, poor morale and lots of politics and nepotism. Office manager is a secretary who yells and fights with entire staff, drinks on the job and brings down entire office. Miserable environment with people leaving every month. Field staff encouraged to cheat and deceive clients. Lab is slow and inefficient with no experience and outdated equipment. New inspectors sit at home and only work half days
