Bullying not acknowledged. - HR is distant and disconnected from the actual culture of the company. - Unchecked poor performance results. - There is no middle in this company. It's either the grossly underpaid or the well-off. This gap is detrimental to productivity, team morale, and the quality of output and services. - The words innovation, progress, and multimedia have escaped this company. They are riding a tricycle on the Autobahn. - Upskilling not appreciated or supported. - To achieve upward mobility in the company, kowtowing to upper-management is more effective than professional development. - Deceptive virtue signaling. Salem produces & supports Christian content, although the actions of management are far from the Christian values they pose behind.
