Pros

You were pretty much autonomous, and the salary was decent.

Cons

They seem to be working out the kinks as you're in the field. Not really sure if they fully know what their doing. My original manager (Ryan) was great, he was promoted to another position and I was transferred to a new manager. Within a few weeks I was fired with no reason, no explanation, my new manager didn't know anything HR didn't call. They truly do not care about their sales people. I always met my numbers and had no complaints from customers. They just got rid of me. Just make sure you have a plan B if you work for this company.

Pros

Base pay is decent plus commission. Great training program and solid leadership. Great if you’re an independent worker without need for micromanaging.

Cons

Cut most of staff after a short time, reducing down to newly acquired employees. Territories were over saturated and difficult to pitch to customers.
