Pros
There isn’t one - Any Pros they take away
Cons
There is no training program. The managers in place do not know how to operate the system they have both in the field and in the store. The owner has some big plan that everyone is suppose to just work to achieve with no direction. The pay is horrible. The manager that hired me sold me a job and income that was never there. There is no car or phone allowance. They expect you to pay for pretty much everything out of pocket. It’s a W-2 position but, they expect you to pay for everything likes it’s a 1099 position. My manager while experienced from another state with another company was clueless when it came to realistic expectations and could never offer any direction. She was just a micromanager and never did anything to grow my business. I saw the writing on the wall when multiple people that had been there for 20+ years started leaving. They just couldn’t take the lack of support, constant fires that you have to put out everyday, and a manager that talks about getting rid of her employees to other employees behind their backs any longer. HR is a joke, they do not support the employee just the company. They keep adding so many product lines that no one can keep up. I was losing customers because of shipping delays because they put the owners son in charge and the warehouse is in a constant state of chaos. The owners daughter is the keeper of the kingdom and can’t even get on a virtual call and look presentable.
