Great pay and frequent reviews/raises. Close knit family atmosphere with open door policy even in upper management. Great people and a great company to work for. They invest in their employees and the company culture. Benefits are good and you can tell the managers and company really cares about the employees.
Toxic environment. Everyone is scared of the owner. Turn over is awful. If you not in the click you will never go anywhere. You can do 100 things right and never get praised but you do one thing wrong and you get fussed at. You are just a number there.
