Pros
Relatively easy work as long as they staff appropriately.
Cons
They only hire teenagers, but don’t allow them to use slicers or the ovens. They way understaff but not by force, they’ve got enough people to schedule. They force their managers to work 80hr weeks at salary for 40hr weeks - open to close for 29 days straight. They allow/force staff and management to come into work sick (literally throwing up, in the food industry) and complete an open to close shift. They hire people and don’t give them the hours they agreed on. The facilities are disgusting, coolers are always breaking, leaving cold meats and cheeses to go bad but not caring. Black mold in fridges. Nasty never cleaned ice bins and soda taps. Upper management is clique - you are unable to speak up without being reprimanded because they all talk to each other and people below them that they like, about other employees. Horrible horrible horrible company. They only care about money and they make it very clear.
