Strong leadership and management – Communication is open and consistent, employees are treated fairly, and there's a high level of flexibility. Excellent medical benefits – Low deductible and great coverage, especially for someone like me who uses insurance a few times a year. Massage therapy is even included, which I use biweekly to manage back pain (I was very happy with this one!) Supportive work environment – The team is fantastic and easy to collaborate with. Safety-focused culture – Safety is clearly a priority and is reflected in daily operations. Recognition for hard work – Employees who put in the effort are valued. There’s a strong sense of stability, and it’s clear the company wants people to stay long-term—many have been here for decades.

I can't think of any con right now. I'm enjoying my tenure at Samson Electric!
